Opening Hours
I want to be able to provide treatments when they are needed by working flexibly with clients around their work-leisure-life plans. I am currently able to take bookings during the week and on weekends during the following hours. NB. The opening hours below have been updated from September 2023
Nb. There may be times when I can accommodate different times for example earlier or later times may be required due to your circumstances, commitments, and needs.

COVID-19 and
infection prevention safety
Infection prevention and health safety are paramount in the pod environment.
I will comply with current government regulations and requirements, ensuring that it is a safe environment for everyone using it, cleaning thoroughly between treatments and using appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
I ask for all clients to confirm that they are symptom free from any infectious illness including COVID-19 before attending their appointment.
Getting Started...
An initial consultation and treatment will require additional time, for example allowing between 75 and 90 minutes for foot reflexology, to discuss your medical history including any medical conditions you are currently diagnosed with and medications you are currently taking.
I will also ask you general details such as wellbeing and activities, and your treatment reasons, aims and objectives.
It is important to let me know if you have any
allergies so that I can
review the product mediums
used for your treatment. For example, you may have an allergy to ingredients within the products used such as lavender, and these will be avoided.
Subsequent treatments generally require between 60 and 90 minutes followed by a period of post-treatment relaxation.
We will also discuss your treatment experience and look at next steps and approaches in regards your ongoing requirements.

How to Book
To book a treatment, click on the link for the treatment you wish to book and you will be directly taken to the bookings 'live' page.
Payment is required on booking and can be made by
following the link as you make your booking. There are a number of ways you can pay including credit or debit card.
If you wish to pay in cash, please get in touch. I will work with you to make arrangements for your payment to be made to secure your booking.

Cancellations
Please ensure 48 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment appointment without charge. 100% of your booking will be refunded to you or you can reschedule your treatment appointment within 21 days of your cancelled appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before your treatment appointment is due to take place, there will be a charge for cancellation. This is 50% of the cost of your treatment. As a small business, it is unlikely that I would be able to fill the appointment slot easily. As your treatment has been made in advance, 50% of the treatment cost will be refunded back to you.
If you do not get in touch and do not attend your appointment, 100%, which is the full cost of the treatment appointment, will be non-refundable. Lots of preparation and time goes into preparing for clients. A no-show treatment slot could be used by another client.
All extenuating circumstances will be considered providing you get in touch at the earliest opportunity.

Data Protection, Privacy and Confidentiality
To be able to provide bespoke treatment and ensure treatments are tailored to your individual needs, I will need to take a comprehensive assessment of your health history and any current issues.
I will need to review this before the start of your subsequent treatments, update your treatment plan and record each of your treatment session outcomes.
I will ensure that your information is stored securely and is not shared with anyone unless requested to by you for example, your GP or other healthcare professional if you have asked me to do so in regards your treatment.
You will be provided with a copy of the Tŷ Adweitheg Reflexology Therapies @The Mill Privacy Notice which will be discussed at your initial consultation along with your marketing preferences in regards communication from Tŷ Adweitheg Reflexology Therapies @The Mill
