Reflexology Cardiff
Tŷ Adweitheg, Reflexology Therapies @The Mill is an exciting new Reflexology service in Cardiff.
You will find Tŷ Adweitheg in the Canton area of Cardiff. North of Leckwith and adjacent to the Cowbridge Road East on the other side of the main railway lines into Cardiff.
Travelling from North Cardiff via the Western Avenue main road?
At the Ely Bridge junction, take the first exit which leads into Cowbridge Road East. Follow this road, which runs alongside the railway on the right, past shops including a Spar and Lloyds Bank on your left, and past the popular Victoria Park a little further down.
Go through the traffic lights and along Lansdowne Road, turning at the lights, then after going under the railway bridge, take a right at the traffic lights crossroads junction (Park Pets is on your right hand-side). Go past Lansdowne Surgery (on your left) and Treganna primary School also on the left a little further along.
Go past Paper Mill Road, which is a turning on your right. Continue ahead all the way to the end of the Boulevard.
This road is a long road with a block of modern flats at the end. Follow the road around and past the first block of flats (there is a second block of flats adjacent to the first). Turn into the street on your left – this is Rhodri Morgan Way, you are nearly there- Tŷ Adweitheg is approximately 200 yards along this street on your right-hand side.

Travelling to Tŷ Adweitheg From Leckwith?
You will pass Cardiff City Stadium, turning left into Broad Street and all the way along to a set of traffic lights.
Go straight ahead through these lights at the crossroads Junction (you will see Park Pets on your right-hand side).
Go past Lansdowne Surgery (on your left) and Treganna primary School.
Go past Paper Mill Road which is a turning on your right that goes under the railway bridge. Continue ahead all the way to the end of the Boulevard.

Travelling By Train or Bus?
Ninian Park Train Station is approximately 23 minutes’ walk away.
Head out of the station, cross the road and veer to the left to walk along Broad Street to the end where you will come to a set of traffic lights, cross at the lights heading forward and past Lansdowne Surgery.
Walk all the way along the Boulevard and turn left into Heol y Morfa, walk along the road taking the next right into Rhodri Morgan Way.
Walk past the flats on your left. Tŷ Adweitheg is the third house on the left past these flats.

Stopping Off Along The Way?
There are many new and exciting

bars and
eateries along
Paper Mill Road
which runs alongside the railway on the Mill estate side including the popular
Bone Yard Business Hub, a great location to visit near to my reflexology reflexology therapies pod.
Parking
Tŷ Adweitheg has a designated parking space directly outside the property for clients to use when having reflexology treatments.
The parking space will always be available as services are provided on a 1-1 basis. If you arrive early and the space is still occupied, there are a few visitors parking spaces in the nearby parking bays opposite the small block of flats further on and behind Tŷ Adweitheg (a V on the parking space brick block paving denotes visitor parking).
There is also more non designated parking to the side of the flats.
When You Arrive
Entrance to Tŷ Adweitheg is via the grey-painted side gate to no. 35. Press the ring doorbell no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. I will come and greet you and lead you to the pod located in the back garden for your reflexology foot or hand treatment.
Please note for your first initial appointment, your consultation will take place in my home. Please ring the doorbell and I will greet you at the front door. Once completed, we will make our way to the Tŷ Adweitheg pod for your reflexology treatment
